Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to support our growing client base in Germany. In this role, you will guide industry-leading companies through their most strategic transformations and modernization programs, ensuring successful execution and lasting impact.

Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the on-budget, on-time execution of multi-stream client programs
- Track and report project KPIs, including evolving KPIs, to support program requirements and manage risks
- Report program status and escalate blocking issues in a timely manner to program steering boards
- Improve scaled Agile processes and serve as a leader to teams and Scrum Masters
- Monitor and maintain high client satisfaction scores, including actively seeking regular feedback from users
- Support pre-sales for scoping and estimation of new project work
Requirements
- Demonstrated Project Management core skills including backlog management, communication planning, roadmap planning and tracking, estimation, risk management, facilitation, scheduling & budgeting, and quality management
- Strong communicator able to adapt message to your audience
- Strong negotiation skills able to identify key interests and find mutually beneficial solutions
- Client-centric mentality with demonstrated ability to identify and set priorities for your teams based on client business priorities
- Ability to delegate and monitor results of decision-making within your teams
- Experience in managing engagements of 50+ people
- Professional fluency in German and English
Nice to have
- Project Management Certification in SAFE, Scrum, PMI, or similar
- Experience working in one or more of the following industries: supply chain management, manufacturing and distribution, telecommunications, power, and utilities
- Experience working with mid-sized growth companies
