During a buy-side commercial due diligence of a top digital consulting and engineering company, we confirmed the target’s growth options and business plan with a focus on the key assumptions supporting its top-line growth and track record. As part of our review, we provided the client with potential M&A targets that could spur inorganic opportunities for the target company in a new geography.

Determining investment feasibility and identifying cost-saving process improvements

Our product and technology due diligence of a software company in the asset management industry confirmed that its architecture and infrastructure supported the transactional scalability required to meet the investment objectives. We also provided investment recommendations, which ultimately enabled the client to streamline processes, lower costs and speed up product delivery to clients.

During a global truck manufacturer’s carve-out from its parent company, we developed a comprehensive aftersales retail IT strategy and provided a three-year roadmap for the migration of 30+ applications and systems and all related data.
