We are looking for a talented and driven Lead Test Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and enhance test plans and strategies
  • Lead and mentor the automation team
  • Manage and optimize Test Automation Frameworks
  • Conduct Integration Testing, API Testing, UI Testing, and oversee CI/CD processes
  • Design, create, and maintain test suites and test cases
  • Debug and troubleshoot complex software issues
  • Design and participate in daily coding, code reviews, and troubleshooting
  • Engage in Test Automation Framework (TAF) design and optimization
  • Lead testing process definitions and improvements
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders
  • Mentor staff at lower seniority levels

Requirements

  • Competency in Java with extensive experience
  • Proficiency in Selenium
  • Background in managing frameworks associated with Integration, API, UI Testing, and CI/CD
  • Experience in test methodologies, writing test plans/strategies
  • Skills in debugging and troubleshooting
  • Hands-on testing skills from setup to test execution reporting
  • Flexibility to work without supervision and be a self-learner
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Capability to provide daily leadership and team guidance

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
  • Understanding of Kubernetes and Linux
  • Familiarity with DevOps/SysAdmin practices
