Lead Test Automation Engineer Description
We are looking for a talented and driven Lead Test Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
- Implement and enhance test plans and strategies
- Lead and mentor the automation team
- Manage and optimize Test Automation Frameworks
- Conduct Integration Testing, API Testing, UI Testing, and oversee CI/CD processes
- Design, create, and maintain test suites and test cases
- Debug and troubleshoot complex software issues
- Design and participate in daily coding, code reviews, and troubleshooting
- Engage in Test Automation Framework (TAF) design and optimization
- Lead testing process definitions and improvements
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders
- Mentor staff at lower seniority levels
Requirements
- Competency in Java with extensive experience
- Proficiency in Selenium
- Background in managing frameworks associated with Integration, API, UI Testing, and CI/CD
- Experience in test methodologies, writing test plans/strategies
- Skills in debugging and troubleshooting
- Hands-on testing skills from setup to test execution reporting
- Flexibility to work without supervision and be a self-learner
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Capability to provide daily leadership and team guidance
Nice to have
- Knowledge of GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
- Understanding of Kubernetes and Linux
- Familiarity with DevOps/SysAdmin practices
