Data Processing Specialist Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Manage and support content creation requests from 24-25 agencies across the APAC region within a 24/5 structured work shifts to ensure service availability across multiple time zones
• Analyse and verify content submissions (images, descriptions and additional details) to ensure accuracy and compliance with guidelines
• Create, review, and publish content for the client’s custom-built CMS through the entire lifecycle (staging, live environment, deactivation)
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Marketing, Content, Accounting, Fulfilment and Engineering
• Coordinate B2B/B2C campaigns, ensuring alignment with client branding and content standards
• Perform quality checks before publishing
• Test content workflows to ensure correct user experience
• Update knowledge bases (KB) and known error databases (KEDB)
• Participate in regular team syncs to ensure content consistency across markets

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills to handle written interactions with agencies and internal teams
• Content analysis skills – ability to review, verify, and ensure completeness of digital assets
• Quick learning capacity to adapt to frequent updates and evolving content guidelines
• Attention to detail, ensuring high content accuracy and quality
• Collaborative spirit, contributing to knowledge sharing and staying informed about workflow changes
