Technical Delivery Manager with Salesforce Description
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to lead distributed Salesforce teams across locations in close collaboration with the onsite BAs, TPMs, DMs from US, PL and IN.
Our Client is a renowned multinational technology company celebrated for its ubiquitous search engine and diverse online services that have seamlessly integrated into the daily lives of billions worldwide.
Please note that this role requires availability during evening hours (till 8 PM) to align with project needs and stakeholder coordination but offers flexibility during the day.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with onsite client stakeholders and technical team across multiple locations and multiple vendors
- Provide the required project management, cross-functional coordination, and inter/intra team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes
- Identify and gather input from stakeholders to define and clarify requirements
- Manage concise definition of scope across the entire program
- Create and maintain documentation relevant to the management of the program and associated projects
- Work closely with software engineers, QA, product managers and other engineering teams to get high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time)
- Manage project schedules, identify possible issues and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders
- Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
- Proven previous experience in Salesforce technologies
- Experience of client interaction and lead the project team in an onsite-offshore engagement model
- Should be hands on with Salesforce . Experience with the Field Service Lightning and Service Cloud highly preferred. Possess an expert level of knowledge of a CRM Sales and Customer Service functionality and integrations to external systems
- Experience with software development and managing end-to-end execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams across Global locations
- Ability to interact with engineering team and participate in understanding/reviewing coding solutions using key Salesforce core programing languages (Vlocity, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, SOQL, RestAPIs)
- Experience working cross-functionally in a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members
- Experience in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
