Senior Project Coordinator Description
We are seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to join our team and enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with senior management and various professional teams while supporting a broad range of business and software projects.
This role is based in Wroclaw and enables a hybrid working arrangement, requiring three days per week in the office.

Responsibilities
- Assist software delivery teams in upholding compliance processes
- Maintain accurate records across different Configuration Management systems
- Implement improvements in processes and tools
- Ensure team compliance with Client’s workforce-planning policies and procedures
- Oversee the hiring & onboarding process management
- Coordinate with central teams to facilitate administrative duties
- Provide timely and accurate project reports
- Perform administrative duties as needed
- Enhance team collaboration by organizing and participating in community events
- Collaborate with Business Management and other teams
- Contribute to a high-performing global team on significant projects
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within a Project/Program management team
- Strong interest in modern software technologies and platforms
- Proficiency in MS Office including advanced MS Excel skills, and competency in Jira
- Demonstrated experience with process improvements
- Capability to build measures for informed data-driven decision making
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Stellar planning and organizational skills
- Basic familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle
