EPAM Mexico Receives a Perfect Score for its Dedication to Equality and Inclusion in the Workplace

EPAM Mexico achieved a perfect 100 out of 100 score from the Human Rights Campaign Foundation [HRCF] in its 8th annual Corporate Equality Index, representing its full commitment to inclusion and excellence in the workplace.

Diversity, equity and inclusion are key to accomplishing EPAM’s goal of creating a safe space for everyone to thrive and do their best work. The Human Rights Campaign
The Human Rights Campaign is dedicated to expanding and protecting the rights of the LGBTQ+ populations worldwide, promoting multiple anti-discrimination initiatives. For more than 40 years, they have been on a quest to ensure equality for everyone. The idea is simple: to create a better world where everyone can be themselves without discrimination of any inherent characteristic.
As part of this mission, they created the Corporate Equality Index, a benchmarking tool for corporate policies, practices, and benefits pertinent to LGBTQ+ employees. More than 1,300 companies participated in the initiative during 2023-2024. Of those, 545 companies, including EPAM, achieved the highly desired “Equality 100 award,” which represents a full commitment to inclusion and a truly excellent workplace for everyone.
Mexico is for Everyone
EPAM Mexico is thrilled to join this impressive list again in 2025, which validates its successful non-discrimination policies. This demonstrated focus on education and onboarding policies ensures that everyone joining the team understands that diversity, equity and inclusion are top priorities for all employees.
A glowing perfect score from HRCF shows EPAM Mexico’s commitment to being a great place for everyone, which includes how promotions are handled and leadership’s influence on inclusivity efforts.

EPAM Mexico’s commitment to DEI is not limited to internal practices. The team creates a safe space publicly by participating in events such as Pride demonstrations nationwide and highlighting DEI initiatives on social media and other external communication channels.
