As EPAM celebrates a decade in India with over 10,000 employees, Solomon delves into EPAM's remarkable journey in India, its people-first approach, and its commitment to integrating AI in operations. He also spoke about workplace culture and future strategies for continued expansion. 

“We are hiring across all levels, from junior engineers to senior directors, and our focus remains on maintaining the strength of our engineering DNA. While we hire over 3,000 production engineers annually, our priority is not just volume but ensuring the highest quality talent,” says Larry Solomon. 

With core centers in Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore, Gurgaon and Chennai, EPAM continues to scale its operations and is investing in its people and workplace culture.
