EPAM Opens New Offices in Bengaluru & Chennai

US-based software engineering services provider EPAM Systems has announced the expansion of its IT operations in India by opening two new offices in Bengaluru and Chennai. EPAM’s new offices feature low-carbon infrastructure and green charging points.

The new offices, located at RMZ Eco World in Bengaluru and DLF Downtown in Chennai, will accommodate over 2,100 employees. Designed to reflect the ‘home of the modern engineer,’ these spaces offer collaborative environments and access to cutting-edge technology, fostering continuous skill development. They will serve as hubs for events, meetups, and showcases, as well as Offshore Development Centers (ODCs) for EPAM's clients. With easy access to public transport, including an upcoming metro, and nearby restaurants and shops, the locations are highly convenient for employees.

“These facilities will be crucial in attracting and retaining top talent as we expand our India team,” said Srinivas Reddy, Managing Director at EPAM India. “We believe in creating work environments that fuel creativity and offer a sense of belonging. With prime locations and state-of-the-art facilities, our new offices are more than just workplaces — they are hubs for collaboration and professional growth. These are spaces where engineers can excel and bring their best ideas to life.”

“India is becoming more and more of a focused area for us to do business development too,” President of EU and APAC Markets at EPAM, Balazs Fejes had said in an earlier statement in April. “If business stakeholders no longer [are] in the US or Western Europe, but in India budget holders then you need to focus and try to sell to them going forward,” he added.
