The Best Partners for IT Outsourcing Services
Which organization can I best entrust my IT with? It's a question many CIOs and IT managers ask themselves. Judging by the findings of a new survey, EPAM, Tata Consultancy Services and Wipro are the leaders in the outsourcing arena.
Annually, Whitelane and Eraneos survey about 200 IT decision makers about their satisfaction with the outsourcing partnership with their IT service provider. Satisfaction is measured across several dimensions, including expertise, technical capabilities, quality of account management, level of service, and availability of delivery and innovation centers.
Overall, IT outsourcing companies in the Netherlands are doing quite well. 92% of all assessed IT sourcing relationships are rated as satisfactory by IT decision makers. About two-thirds (65%) of the leaders surveyed are satisfied to very satisfied.

Bij welke organisatie kan ik mijn IT het beste onderbrengen? Het is een vraag die veel CIO’s en IT-managers zich stellen. Afgaande op de bevindingen van een nieuw onderzoek zijn EPAM, Tata Consultancy Services en Wipro de koplopers in het outsourcing-speelveld.
Jaarlijks ondervragen Whitelane en Eraneos zo’n 200 IT-beslissers over hun tevredenheid ten aanzien van de outsourcingsamenwerking met hun IT-dienstverlener. De tevredenheid wordt gemeten aan de hand van verschillende dimensies, waaronder de expertise, technische capaciteiten, kwaliteit van het accountmanagement, het serviceniveau en de beschikbaarheid van delivery- en innovatiecenters.
Over de hele linie doen IT-outsourcingbedrijven in Nederland het vrij goed. 92% van alle beoordeelde IT-sourcingrelaties wordt door IT-beslissers als bevredigend aangemerkt. Zo’n twee derde (65%) van de ondervraagde leiders is tevreden tot zeer tevreden.
