EPAM Presents the Young Talent Program for Students in Mexico

EPAM, a leading digital transformation services and product engineering company, announces the launch of its Young Talent Program in Mexico. The goal of this program is to recruit 80 final-year students or recent university graduates during the second semester of 2023.
In the context of national efforts to address the challenges of nearshoring, talent training emerges as one of the fundamental aspects to consider, and in this sense, EPAM has a clear vision seeking to identify and nurture emerging talent in the technological field and provide them with valuable opportunities for their professional growth and development. Students in their final year of college, as well as those who have graduated within the last 18 months, are eligible to apply and participate in this exciting program.
EPAM's Young Talent Program is completely remote and open to students from all over Mexico. During a three-month training period, participants will receive training from EPAM experts in highly in-demand areas of the IT industry, such as Java, JavaScript, .NET, and Test Automation. This training will be carried out with the purpose of preparing students to effectively integrate into real projects once they complete their training.
After completing the training, students will undergo a comprehensive evaluation in 90 days. Those who are exceptional performers will have the opportunity to be hired full-time and assigned to challenging and rewarding projects that will allow them to apply their newly acquired skills and knowledge.
The selection process for the EPAM Young Talent Program is agile and consists of three stages: an English exam, a general interview and a technical interview. EPAM strives to provide an inclusive and nurturing learning environment for young talents who wish to develop their technical and professional skills in a collaborative environment.

The call for the Young Talent Program is open from August and will extend until October. EPAM hopes to cultivate a new generation of engineers and technology professionals, allowing them to learn from the best in the industry and build successful careers in the world of technology.

EPAM, Una destacada empresa global de consultoría y tecnología, anuncia el lanzamiento de su Programa Talento Joven en México. El objetivo de este programa es reclutar a 80 estudiantes de último año o recién graduados de universidades durante el segundo semestre de 2023.
En el contexto de los esfuerzos nacionales para abordar los retos del nearshoring, la capacitación de talento emerge como uno de los aspectos fundamentales a considerar, y en este sentido, EPAM tiene una visión clara buscando identificar y nutrir el talento emergente en el ámbito tecnológico y brindarles oportunidades valiosas para su crecimiento y desarrollo profesional. Los estudiantes en su último año de universidad, así como aquellos que se hayan graduado en los últimos 18 meses, son elegibles para aplicar y participar en este emocionante programa.
El Programa Talento Joven de EPAM es completamente remoto y está abierto para estudiantes de todo México. Durante un período de capacitación de tres meses, los participantes recibirán formación de expertos de EPAM en áreas altamente demandadas de la industria de TI, como Java, JavaScript, .NET y Automatización de Pruebas. Esta capacitación se llevará a cabo con el propósito de preparar a los estudiantes para integrarse de manera efectiva en proyectos reales una vez que completen su formación.
Después de completar la capacitación, los estudiantes serán sometidos a una evaluación exhaustiva a los 90 días. Aquellos que tengan un rendimiento excepcional tendrán la oportunidad de ser contratados a tiempo completo y asignados a proyectos desafiantes y gratificantes que les permitirán aplicar sus habilidades y conocimientos recién adquiridos.
El proceso de selección para el Programa Talento Joven de EPAM es ágil y consta de tres etapas: un examen de inglés, una entrevista general y una entrevista técnica. EPAM se esfuerza por brindar un entorno de aprendizaje inclusivo y enriquecedor para los jóvenes talentos que deseen desarrollar sus habilidades técnicas y profesionales en un entorno colaborativo.
