Germany Has the Most Loyal Bank Customers
In an international comparison, Germans are relatively loyal bank customers, according to EPAM's Consumer Banking Report. The study identified potential for bank branches in Germany among 18 to 34-year-olds since they visit a bank branch more often than average. Nevertheless, the authors also expressly advise taking the road less travelled.
