On February 25, 2021 50 top CEOs convened as the seminal confluence of Transformative CEOs collaborating to solve today’s most pressing issues. Retail: Elaina Shekhter, SVP, Chief Marketing Officer & Head of Strategy, EPAM, a global transformation leader at the intersection of consulting and engineering, discussed her group’s thinking, “For the retail industry, the CEOs in our group approach COVID as multi-dimensional disruption – humanitarian, health and financial. In response, retailers need to consider all three dimensions, but put the health and safety of their employees and customers first.
