Headless Content Management System Leader and Digital Engineering Innovator Plan 2020 Roadshow in U.S. and Europe to Demonstrate New Approach to Digital Experiences
Since 1993, US-based EPAM Systems, Inc. has leveraged its software engineering expertise to become a leading global product development, digital platform engineering, and top digital and product design agency. Through its ‘Engineering DNA’ and innovative strategy, consulting, and design capabilities, EPAM works to deliver next-gen solutions that turn complex business challenges into real business outcomes. In late 2019, the company announced its acquisition of NAYA Technologies and NAYA Tech to further enhance its strong capabilities in data management and cloud services.
EPAM helps its customers thrive in a market constantly challenged by the pressures of digitization. Whenever the company introduces new capabilities – like consulting, design or physical product development – it is done from the solution point of view connected by world-class software. “To make this idea of integrated transformations real, we recently launched EPAM Continuum, our new business, experience and technology consulting practice, to connect the various aspects of modern strategy, design and process consulting with a deep understanding of technology and its underlying architectural and software domains,” Elaina Shekhter, EPAM’s CMO & Head of Strategy, explains.
With the acquisition of NAYA Technologies, headquartered in Israel, and its US subsidiary, NAYA Tech, located in San Jose, CA, EPAM will extend its data consultancy and data training capabilities, as well as leverage the migVisor™ solution. With all of the coverage of cloud solutions, relatively little real help exists to assist organizations with their data migrations to the cloud – and even less help exists to accomplish this in a programmatic and reliable way. Elaina states: “This is where we believe migVisor comes in. Today, NAYA’s migVisor tool is one of the only database migration assessment tools on the market that is actively promoted by major cloud providers. EPAM has strong partnerships with Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google Cloud Platform and we believe that with our 20,000+ experts in various cloud platforms, we can enhance the value of the tool by combining it with the right consultancy and delivery programs to really show the power of the cloud to large enterprises.”
Companies are rethinking their technology programs, like intelligent automation or big data solutions, to focus on initiatives that push full business transformation. Elaina affirms that this presents a great opportunity for EPAM to work with its clients to develop a shared vision for co-creation and push the boundaries to ‘industrialize’ innovation for the enterprise. “We connect programs across business, design and technology services to bridge gaps and break silos to accelerate the pace at which we can drive innovation to market. We also see real demand for actionable future workforce programs in attracting, engaging and training the next generation of experts. We’re investing heavily in developing a new model of educating our own teams continuously, as well as our customers’ teams and even the children in our communities around the world.”
