Senior Business Analyst Description
We are actively seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Retail Banking to join our team.
As a key team member, you will play a vital role in delivering a fully functional new retail mobile app for iOS and Android.
The project involves working closely with the client's product owner, defining and aligning the project scope, and managing the product backlog to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. Your experience in Business Analysis, Retail Banking, and Scope Change Management will be crucial in contributing to the success of this project.

- Collaborate with the Client PO to understand the product vision and roadmap
- Define and align the project scope in collaboration with the Client PO and DM(s)
- Elaborate on business targets and expectations with Product/Project/Program management
- Review designs and UI/UX artifacts for compliance with the business requirements
- Gather, clarify, and manage functional and non-functional requirements
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize based on user stories
- Guide development efforts towards delivering value and achieving milestones
- Support the Delivery Team(s) on a Sprint basis
- Study the existing mobile app and document "the system AS IS"
- Develop new capabilities according to the project roadmap
- Create and maintain project documentation including glossary, how-to, use guides, and BA-related artifacts
- Conduct demos and training sessions
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst
- Proven experience as a key business analyst on past projects
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Responsible, well-organized, and quick learner
- Expertise in Scope Change Management on fixed-price projects
- Familiarity with mobile app development and understanding of mobile UX/UI
- Experience in Agile environments, particularly Scrum
- Proficient in using Azure DevOps for scope backlog management
- Fluent in English (B2+ or higher) for effective communication within the team and with stakeholders
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the Retail Banking sector
- Experience in Requirements and Change management
- Fluency in Greek language
