Delivery Manager Description
We are in search of a committed and skilled Delivery Manager (DM) with a robust technical background and excellent interpersonal abilities to become part of our team.
The role involves ensuring quick and dependable delivery of substantial improvements to existing retail banking applications across various platforms, including Web, iOS, and Android. The successful candidate will thrive in optimizing and adapting the software development lifecycle (SDLC) while addressing back-end to front-end dependencies in a complex SDLC setup.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

Responsibilities
- Function as a Scrum Master for a team
- Coordinate, commit, and ensure the successful delivery of the current project scope with team collaboration
- Manage team risks proactively
- Communicate frequently with customer stakeholders at the team level for effective stakeholder management
- Address and streamline inefficiencies in the SDLC process, roles, and responsibilities
- Optimize the team for maximum effectiveness
- Oversee people management
- Oversee the EPAM team
- Manage the resolution and distribution of responsibilities and conflicts with customer stakeholders like Product Owners and Architects
- Provide status updates to both client and EPAM teams
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Delivery Manager role or similar
- Background in retail banking with technical understanding of Web, iOS, and Android platforms
- Proficiency in .NET 4, VB.NET, Angular, Swift, Kotlin
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for task tracking
- Strong leadership skillset and team management experience
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication
- Capability to oversee complex project dependencies and meet tight deadlines
- Strong grasp of the software development life cycle with the ability to enhance processes
- Experience in handling conflict resolution and delegating responsibilities
