Delivery Manager (Python) Description
Join EPAM as a Delivery Manager with Python. In this role, you'll manage the implementation and configuration of various systems and solutions, engage with clients in discussions of the business situation and strategy, and handle direct customer relations. If you have 8+ years of hands-on software development experience with Python and at least 3+ years in leadership positions, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Handle direct customer relations, contribute to the presales, and govern the delivery across stakeholders
- Drive engagement(s) of the average size of 30+ FTEs in total and be responsible for the overall customer experience in terms of delivery
- Take a proactive part in suggesting technologies, tools, and approaches, and advocate the best engineering practices and tools for effective use
- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team and adhere to high-quality development principles
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience with Python and at least 3+ years in leadership positions
- Skilled in consulting clients on software methodology, collaboration patterns, and delivery plans
- Experience in pre-sales, handling direct communication with clients, and acting as a consultant for potential clients
- Experience in designing and implementing large distributed, scalable, reliable, and highly-available solutions
- Exceptional communicator and solid experience in implementing enterprise-wide, custom applications with global teams
