Senior UX Designer Description
We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of multiple products used by thousands of users daily.
As a Senior UX Designer, you will influence how design impacts user experience and champion user needs through creative problem-solving. You’ll work alongside leaders, developers, and stakeholders to present design concepts, leverage design trends, and respond to change with flexibility.

Responsibilities
- Create UX deliverables tailored to specific design challenges, including whiteboard sketches, wireframes, and prototypes
- Design responsive solutions optimizing user interactions on desktop and mobile
- Work closely with front-end developers to implement design visions
- Partner with UX Researchers to integrate insights into design decisions
- Facilitate productive brainstorming and critique sessions with UX teams and stakeholders
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends and contribute to departmental knowledge sharing
Requirements
- 3+ years of working experience in applying UX principles to visual and interaction design
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Factors, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- A portfolio of projects highlighting the design process for both web-based and mobile applications
- Proficiency in responsive design, data visualization, interaction design
- Proficiency in Visual Design including typography, layout, and color theory
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and rapid prototyping tools such as InVision, Sketch, and Figma
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Good understanding of CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap, Foundation
