Senior Salesforce Developer Description
We are seeking a talented Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team and take the lead in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions. This role involves working closely with internal teams, engaging with external vendors, and delivering innovative solutions tailored to the telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of 6 to 10 members and third-party vendors to develop and enhance the Salesforce platform
- Participate in regular discussions with client managers and the development team to review project objectives and progress
- Conduct technical research, evaluate findings, and suggest effective solutions
- Create new functionalities and enhancements from the ground up based on feedback from analysts and product owners
- Support existing features, make necessary improvements, and optimize or refactor code during the maintenance phase
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently and adapt to evolving priorities in a fast-paced setting
Requirements
- Extensive experience with the Salesforce platform, including expertise in Salesforce Apex, Automation Processes, Development, and Integration
- Strong background in data modeling for complex business requirements
- Proven ability to manage large datasets and execute sophisticated business logic
- Proficiency in integrating third-party systems and resolving technical challenges
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working with medium-sized teams and external vendors
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, handle routine tasks with care, and adjust to changing conditions
- English proficiency at a B2+ level
