Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst Description
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst with expertise in Service Portfolio Management (SPM) and IT Service Management (ITSM).
This role involves significant responsibilities in maintaining, optimizing, and expanding our ServiceNow platform, and offers the opportunity to play a key role in enhancing our ITSM processes to meet evolving business needs through effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the ongoing operation of ServiceNow environments, identifying enhancement opportunities
- Facilitate development and deployment of new modules like Demand, Project and Portfolio Management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and gather business requirements
- Employ an agile delivery approach to balance development and support efforts
- Drive process optimizations within ServiceNow delivery to meet customer expectations
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, implementations, and process changes
- Regularly report to stakeholders on progress and issues
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a ServiceNow business analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in ServiceNow, especially with SPM and ITSM modules
- Expertise in Demand, Project, and Portfolio Management modules
- Strong background in professional support transition processes
- Practical experience in an Agile work environment with a solid understanding of Agile IT solution delivery processes
- Commitment to continuous improvement in ServiceNow solutions
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical skills to identify system deficiencies and propose improvements
- Proficiency in creating detailed reports and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences
