Responsibilities
- Customer requirements decomposition
- Cross team collaboration within org and customer support
- Customer onsite support
- Customer enablement and taking to customer to production
Requirements
- Engineer with 10+ years of experience in embedded Android/driver/kernel development
- Strong C/C++ development skills with a good understanding of object-oriented design
- Strong OS concepts and X86 Architecture
- Good understanding of Android framework (Binder, AIDL), etc
- Hands-on experience in Gfx, MM, HAL issue triaging, fixing
- Very Good knowledge of Surface Flinger, OpenGL/Vulkan, HWC, DRM, Mesa
- Strong background in embedded systems development
- Good Android Debugging skills (tombstone, anr, systrace), problem-solving skills
- Direct Customer interaction and development support, cross-team working experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, Effective communication skills
- Graphics driver for standards (OpenGL, Vulkan, OpenCL, Direct3D) is optional
- Gpu drivers, Linux kernel drivers’ knowledge
- Experience with Android virtualization (virtio, trout) and hypervisor (Xen, QNX) based OS
