NOC Support Specialist Description

We are currently seeking a NOC Support Specialist to join our monitoring team.

This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the strength of our team and support our operations effectively.

This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, a well-equipped office in Tbilisi or coworking spaces in Batumi and Kutaisi.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely alerts acknowledgment and escalation of incidents to responsible groups
  • Work with other teams to ensure applications availability targets are met
  • Be prepared to work night shifts on a 2/2 schedule (2 weeks of 12-hour day shifts; 2 weeks of 12-hour night shifts)

Requirements

  • English level: B1 and higher
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read, understand and follow work instructions

Nice to have

  • Basic network troubleshooting skills and utils usage
  • Basic Linux understanding
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools (ZABBIX, Grafana)
