Data Delivery Manager Description
We are seeking an experienced Data Delivery Manager to join our team and ensure efficient project delivery across our data-centered services.
The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end solution delivery, manage client relationships, and assure adherence to our delivery models and governance processes. You will be pivotal in ensuring technical leadership and building long-term partnerships while addressing client issues and managing engagement risks.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end solution delivery for assigned accounts
- Assure governance of delivery management and production processes
- Serve as the single point of responsibility for delivery-related matters to top management and clients
- Ensure skilled staffing for delivery aligned with the roadmap
- Maintain accountability for technical leadership and sound architecture in project delivery
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Establish and manage partnerships with clients
- Address client issues, identify and manage engagement risks
- Coordinate preparation of customer proposals and statements of work
- Ensure projects align with EPAM processes and agile methodologies
- Analyze and mitigate project risks, manage changes and stakeholders
- Build delivery plans estimating timeframes, quality, and resource needs
- Measure and enhance delivery productivity
- Support sales activities and provide technical expertise to win bids
- Mentor and coach other delivery managers
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Senior/Lead/Manager/Owner roles
- At least 5 years of working experience in gathering and understanding customer business requirements to implement Big Data solutions
- Practical experience delivering projects in Data and Analytics, Big Data, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence
- Proficiency in Big Data technology stacks, including Hadoop, Yarn, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, Kafka
- Background in data platform engineering, including batch and streaming, ingestion, storage, processing, management, integration, consumption
- Understanding of analytics methods and data visualization techniques, familiarity with tools like Python, Scala, data mining, predictive analytics, machine learning
- Hands-on knowledge of leading cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP), experience leading on-prem to cloud migration projects
- Competency in managing multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of comfort presenting to audiences, large and small
- Understanding of data-related security challenges
- Skills in agile and various other delivery approaches
