Senior Business and Data Analyst Description
We are in search of a skilled Senior Business and Data Analyst to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in reworking, improving, and maintaining existing systems. This role involves establishing AWS connections for various data sources and migrating high-priority SAP reports.
The ideal candidate will work within a hybrid delivery approach, collaborating with both EPAM and external vendors to manage the generation of new reports and ensure regular data refresh cycles.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

Responsibilities
- Generate new reports and ensure regular data refresh cycles
- Migrate high-priority SAP reports, ensuring seamless transition and validation
- Gather report requirements and migrate reports from SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to Power BI
- Conduct demos with the client to showcase Power BI reports and gather feedback
- Understand and categorize in-scope and out-of-scope requirements
- Work closely with a team of Lead Business Analyst, two AWS Engineers, and a SAP Engineer
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure data integration aligns with business needs
- Coordinate with external vendors and EPAM teams to manage the data integration process
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business and Data Analysis
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Power BI, with additional skills in Amazon Web Services and Amazon Redshift being advantageous
- Experience in establishing AWS connections for various data sources
- Proficiency in migrating high-priority SAP reports, ensuring seamless transition and validation
- Ability to gather report requirements and migrate reports from SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to Power BI
- Experience in conducting demos with clients to showcase Power BI reports and gather feedback
- Strong understanding of categorizing in-scope and out-of-scope requirements
- Excellent collaboration skills with both internal and external teams
- Capability to coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure data integration aligns with business needs
- Fluency in English with a B2 level or higher
