Senior Business Analyst (CMS & E-commerce) Description
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and bridge the gap between client needs and technical solutions.
In this role, you will gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and oversee the successful implementation of projects. If you are ready to make an impact, we encourage you to apply.
This is a fully remote position that offers you the flexibility to work from any location in Armenia, whether it's your home or well-equipped offices in Yerevan or Gyumri.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into technical specifications
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Work closely with development teams for accurate solution implementation
- Provide expertise in CMS or e-commerce platforms (e.g., AEM, Contentful, Contentstack, Shopify, Drupal, Commercetools, Bigcommerce, Hybris)
- Lead meetings, workshops, and presentations
- Create and maintain project documentation
- Support testing efforts and conduct user acceptance testing
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT
- Strong English proficiency at B2+ level
- Hands-on experience with at least one content management system or e-commerce platform
- Analytical skills to evaluate business processes
- Organizational skills for project management
