Senior Infrastructure Support Engineer Description
We are actively looking for a seasoned Senior Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our remote team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing Windows-based systems, performing basic network administration and troubleshooting tasks, and demonstrating a high degree of autonomy in performing high-level tasks.

Responsibilities
- Monitoring Windows-based systems and performing basic network administration and troubleshooting tasks
- Administering patching and software deployment areas (SCCM and Intune)
- Demonstrating a high degree of self-direction in performing high-level tasks
- Troubleshooting and providing technical support for Windows-based systems
- Writing scripts using PowerShell for automation and other tasks as necessary
- Ensuring compliance with ITIL standards and best practices for infrastructure support
- Maintaining and updating technical documentation for infrastructure systems
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of Infrastructure Support Engineering experience
- A deep understanding of Windows-based system monitoring, practical admin experience with SCOM is a plus
- Strong experience in administering patching and software deployment areas (SCCM and Intune)
- Proficient scripting skills (PowerShell)
- Expertise in Windows Administration
- Basic network administration and troubleshooting skills
- Advanced troubleshooting skills
- Strong verbal and written English skills at a B2+ level
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Azure infrastructure (as an MS Systems Engineer)
- Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMWare, Failover clustering)
- Proficiency in MS System Center - SCOM, SCCM, SCO, SC HVMM
- Knowledge of NTFS
- Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange
- Knowledge of ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow, Asset Management (CMDB)
- Experience in writing technical documentation in English
- Basic understanding of network monitoring
- Basic knowledge of databases and Jenkins administration
