Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Developer Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Developer to lead the design, development, and management of data solutions leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud.

In this role, you will ensure high data integrity, optimize data flows, and help translate complex data requirements to implement robust, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and architect advanced data integration solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud features to achieve a comprehensive view of data across multiple systems
  • Provide technical guidance by recommending best practices in data modeling, cleansing, quality checks, and governance within Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify essential data needs, convert business requirements into technical specifications, and ensure data quality standards are met
  • Develop, manage, and optimize data pipelines utilizing Salesforce Data Cloud tools and APIs for efficient data ingestion, transformation, and loading from diverse data sources
  • Oversee data quality by implementing monitoring systems, identifying discrepancies, and collaborating with data stewards to mitigate data quality issues
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards to maintain data consistency, accuracy, and adherence to privacy regulations
  • Deploy data-centric solutions in Salesforce Data Cloud to enhance data cleansing, matching, and enrichment processes
  • Mentor and provide leadership to junior data engineers and developers on best practices and techniques in Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of data integration systems to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Data Cloud, including its features, APIs, data modeling, and integration capabilities
  • Competency in ETL processes, data warehousing, and data quality management
  • Familiarity with programming languages like SQL, Apex
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical, data-focused solutions
  • Excellence in communication skills to liaise with both technical teams and business stakeholders effectively
