Senior Business Analyst Ukraine or Remote

Responsibilities

• Drive multiple feature development streams without supervision
• Act as a DM/Proxy PO for the features in one's area of responsibility
• Create and maintain requirement artifacts up to detailed acceptance criteria
• Run/support project-level process activities such as sprint planning with the customer
• Work as a team player in the BA team, sharing the workload and knowledge

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Clear motivation and ability to drive development from high to low level
• Understanding of WEB applications and an engineering mindset
• Readiness to multi-task and work proactively and independently without supervision
• Positive attitude and readiness for long-term assignments
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1 or higher) for extensive communication with multiple stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or any other CMS, specifically AEM as a Cloud Service
• Experience in cooperation with UI/UX designers from the customer side
• Technical background in QA or developer experience
