Lead Web Analyst Description
We are looking for a remote Lead Web Analyst with 5+ years of prior experience in web analysis to join our team.
You will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing web data to provide valuable insights for our clients. This position involves working closely with clients to understand their business goals and translating them into actionable data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities
- Preparation of measurement strategy, collaboration with product ownership team on definition of product success KPIs
- Setting up user behavior tracking while applying enough creativity to find the best methods of data capturing strategy development and implementation; business requirement collection for tracking and providing it to development team
- Design of complex end-to-end analytics pipelines covering both web analytics, advertising and CRM systems
- Make data-based recommendations on how to improve clients’ online strategy
- Conduct deep-dive research on all areas of customers’ online strategy
- Setting up and running A/B and MVT tests: hypothesis generation, samples volume estimation, experiments planning, reporting
- Build insightful automated dashboards
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering
- 5+ years of Web Analytics experience; additional experience in online marketing or product analytics would be a plus
- 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
- Vast experience in a variety of Google web analytics tools (audit, setup, reporting, working with API): Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Google Optimize
- Experience in implementing tags using tag management systems (including writing custom tags on JavaScript & jQuery)
- Experience in creating and explaining dashboard reports, using data visualization tools
- Statistical and analytical skills with an ability to spot any issues or trends in data
- Communication skills, ability to explain analytical things for non-technical stakeholder
- Knowledge of Web Analytics project documentation development and maintenance
- Experience in EDW, like BigQuery/Amazon Redshift/Snowflake, SQL knowledge
- Python/R proficiency
- English level: B2
