Lead .NET Developer Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead .NET Developer to join our team. You will lead the development of cutting-edge solutions, including migration automation, customer onboarding simplification, and international expansion projects, focusing on personal health records and multi-EHR systems.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain highly available, high-traffic customer-facing web applications and services
- Automate provisioning processes to streamline customer onboarding
- Implement and expand personal health record functionalities across multiple EHRs and international markets (Germany, Australia, Canada)
- Write automated tests as part of the definition of done and deploy code to development environments via automated pipelines
- Debug applications by connecting to Kubernetes clusters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in building and operating highly available, high-traffic web applications
- Strong development expertise in C#, with additional knowledge of C++
- Development experience in Java and optionally JavaScript/TypeScript, as well as scripting languages
- Deep understanding of object-oriented design and SDK development within cloud environments
- Proficiency in writing automated tests and deploying code via CI/CD pipelines
- Experience debugging within Kubernetes clusters
- Oracle-issued laptops or familiarity with Oracle environments
- English language proficiency at B2+ level
