Lead Instructional Design Specialist Description
We are seeking a Lead Instructional Design Specialist to join our remote team. As a lead professional in instructional design, you will be responsible for preparing Train-the-Trainer materials and providing support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Your expertise in Salesforce CPQ will be essential in contributing to the success of our projects. Additionally, proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher and a problem-solving mindset are crucial soft skills for this role.

Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality Train-the-Trainer materials to ensure effective knowledge transfer
- Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- Collaborate with the project team to develop and enhance instructional materials
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of instructional design processes and methodologies
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Proven experience in instructional design, particularly in preparing Train-the-Trainer materials
- Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ and experience in supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
- Strong English language proficiency at a C1 level or higher

- Prior experience in Salesforce, though not required as training will be provided
