We are seeking a Lead Front-end Developer with expertise in React Native.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development of the Digital Employee eXperience product team, which has been built from the ground up over the past year. As a senior member of our team, you will be technically co-responsible for the development process, collaborating with Front-end and Back-end developers, UX designers, and Product Owners. Responsibilities
- Involve from refinement to release and run of solutions
- Build code and implement automated testing processes
- Ensure security and code quality throughout development
- Contribute to best practices and deployment strategies
- Add value with expertise and propose initiatives
- Collaborate with Tech Lead, Product Owner, and development community
- Remove obstacles to facilitate team progress
- Support continuous improvement within the team
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in React Native development
- Experience as a senior developer in a front-end role
- Familiarity with app compilation and release in App Store or Play Store
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Proven experience with CI/CD processes
- Outstanding command of the English language
- Passion for technology and building engaging products
Nice to have
- Experience with GraphQL or Node.js
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud providers
- Proficiency in React or Next.js
