We are actively seeking a Lead Salesforce Quality Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for solid Salesforce Testing and leading QA teams, including sales and service cloud testing experience. You will be expected to have good communication and leadership skills with a strong QA experience to identify bugs, create test strategy and cases, and effectively communicate issues with the team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, product managers to understand project requirements and functionality
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for Salesforce (Sales, Service and Integrations)
  • Conduct thorough functional testing of Salesforce applications to identify and report defects, ensuring the highest level of quality before release
  • Collaborate with the development team to reproduce and troubleshoot reported issues
  • Provide timely and detailed feedback to the development team to aid in debugging and resolving issues
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and new testing tools to continuously improve the QA process
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA team members
  • Ability to create Testing Dashboards for reporting purposes

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of proven experience as a Lead QA Tester, with a focus on Salesforce (Sales, Service & Integrations)
  • Experience working with Salesforce Integration and SIT in a SCRUM team
  • Solid understanding of the Agile software development life cycle and QA methodologies for Salesforce applications
  • Ability to write automated test cases, execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with SOQL and scripting languages is a plus
  • Fluent English communication skills
