Senior Python Developer Description
We are currently seeking a Senior Python Developer to join our remote team. As a Senior Python Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions using Python. You will leverage your expertise in Amazon Web Services to design, build, and deploy scalable applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients and support the growth of our platform.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Python and AWS services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Build and maintain scalable applications on AWS infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline for automated software delivery
- Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and drive the implementation of best practices
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our platform, supporting the growth of our client base
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, and apply them to drive continuous improvement
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Solid experience in Python development
- Good command of AWS
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable applications on AWS infrastructure
- Strong understanding of software development best practices and design patterns
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- B2+ English level proficiency
Nice to have
- Experience with the Spring framework for backend development
- Proficiency in Java programming for backend development
- Knowledge of CI/CD on AWS using CodePipeline
