Senior Data Scientist Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our remote team and work on an exciting new project that involves identifying business problems, finding the right data and methods to address them, building and validating analytical models, and presenting findings in a clear and informative way.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business value. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will use your expertise in Python, SQL, and data science libraries such as SciPy, Tensorflow, PyTorch, Keras, Spacy, HuggingFace, and Transformers to build and deploy complex machine learning models for deep learning, AI, time series forecasting, NLP, and more. You will also have exposure to cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Responsibilities
- Identify business problems and provide data-driven solutions that drive business value
- Use your expertise in Python, SQL, and data science libraries to build and deploy complex machine learning models for deep learning, AI, time series forecasting, NLP, and more
- Collect, clean, and transform raw data into usable formats for analysis and modeling
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows for efficient data processing and analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data science solutions that meet business needs
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and informative way
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis
- Strong knowledge of data science libraries such as SciPy, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Spacy, HuggingFace, and Transformers
- Strong experience in ML Modeling for Deep Learning, AI, Time Series Forecasting, NLP, and similar techniques
- Experience with cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Excellent communication skills in English at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- MLOps solution exposure: SageMaker, Vertex, Azure ML, and similar tools
- Exposure to Big Data Solutions namely Spark/PySpark
