SAP Delivery Manager Description
We are seeking an SAP Delivery Manager to join our close-knit EPAM team and participate in technology-focused activities. EPAM is now expanding to include a consulting division to complement our award-winning engineering services.
This is a remote position that offers you the flexibility to work from any location in Albania.

Responsibilities
- Supervise the design and deployment of comprehensive end-to-end solutions
- Develop a strategy for continuous delivery risk management that fosters proactive decisions and actions throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Provide technical leadership during the delivery process, ensure the planning of sound and future-proof architecture, and ensure the implementation meets the technical quality standards
- Convey the business values of new SAP solutions to customers and demonstrate how design and new system architecture will support achieving business goals
- Handle customer expectations and relationships, and address customer issues during an engagement in collaboration with the Account Manager
- Actively gather feedback from key business users, assess business and system gaps; offer recommendations and lead enhancements implementations
- Craft estimations on time frames, quality, and quantity of resources required to successfully execute projects; formulate a project plan incorporating all project variables
- Ensure governance of processes in delivery management and production in accordance with the chosen delivery model
- Serve as a single point of accountability over any delivery-related matters for top management and clients, including escalations, upsells, ramp downs, etc
- Construct delivery timelines for multiple streams while analyzing internal/external dependencies
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of SAP project methodologies (ASAP, SAP Activate) and their distinctions
- Experience in working with SAP Solution Manager, with or without Focus Build
- Understanding of SAP extensions principles and options
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA migration/implementation approaches
- Agile development experience with proficiency in application, software architecture, and delivery methodologies
- High-level understanding of various SAP products' capabilities, functionality, and technologies: SAP S/4HANA (Finance, Logistics, Production), SAP C/4HANA (Commerce, Marketing, Sales), SAP SCM (TM, EWM, IBP), SAP GRC (AC, PC, RM), SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Ariba
- Strong interpersonal competency with the ability to foster effective relationships
- Leadership and interpersonal skills with client interaction background
- Experience in managing project delivery across all stakeholder groups
- Experience and current expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions
- Ability to establish robust working relationships with clients, as well as working effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, dispersed team and meeting deadlines
- Advanced planning and management skills
- Significant experience in onshore, nearshore, and offshore outsourcing and delivery models
Nice to have
- Proficiency in SAP solutions and/or technologies
- Experience with the following software development processes: Agile, Scrum
- Familiarity with SAP CI/CD approach
