Senior Cloud Engineer Description
We are seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer for multi-site cloud environments, focusing on performance, security, and HA/DR capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead orchestration in internal/external clouds; main contact for cloud integration at client sites
- Optimize system performance in high availability environments
- Analyze cloud configurations to maintain HA/DR capabilities
- Manage AWS infrastructure to ensure performance, security, and scalability
- Provide technical problem analysis and participate in on-call, high-severity incident support
- Document clearly and perform change implementations afterhours
Requirements
- 5+ years in tech environment management with multi-tier system exposure
- Incident management and strong platform knowledge in cloud environments
- Proficient in programming and scripting; Terraform and Python/Bash preferred
- Experience with AWS Lambdas, CodePipeline, and other AWS infrastructure tools
- Proven ability in IaC, automation technologies, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
