Responsibilities
- Identifies gaps in delivery capabilities and proposes solutions to overcome them
- Provides guidance for the most complex or mission critical aspects of the architecture
- Assist in designing and implementing data platforms and AI solutions using Databricks and Azure Cloud
- Work closely with senior architects, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Provides timely input of risks and issues, impacting quality, schedule or resources, and recommend effective mitigation plans when applicable
- Ability to take ownerships to architecture delivery, define architecture delivery roadmap and milestones, and drive day-to-day activities
- Structured and critical thinking to analyze, challenge and resolve complex problems
- Ability to work effectively with people in other departments and/or outside of the enterprise
- Result-oriented and good time management to ensure discussion and meetings leading to concrete actions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related subject is preferred
- Technology and Business domain-specific knowledge
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English to present technical concepts and influence others on decision-making
- Essential skills include a basic understanding of data platforms, AI technologies, Databricks, and Azure Cloud services, along with proficiency in technical documentation and Agile methodologies. Strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and teamwork are required
- Preferred qualifications include experience in data modeling and DevOps practices
