Senior Software Test Engineer Description
We are searching for an experienced Senior Software Test Engineer with a minimum of three years of expertise.
In this role, you will take charge of testing a newly developed retail mobile app designed for a prominent Greek bank. Your responsibilities will include formulating effective test strategies, preparing and executing tests, as well as driving continuous improvement efforts to refine QA processes and automation.

Responsibilities
- Formulate, enhance, and sustain Test Strategies for the retail mobile app project
- Work collaboratively with the team to establish, refine, and uphold QA processes
- Design and implement detailed test plans
- Identify and leverage opportunities for enhancing test automation and execution aligned with the test strategy
- Organize and oversee the testing schedule to ensure prompt delivery of test results and reporting
- Maintain effective communication with project teams and external parties
- Drive initiatives for continuous enhancement of QA processes, tools, and automation
- Engage in Scrum meetings and adhere to Google Play & App Stores policies
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and task delegation among team members
- Cooperate with members from various departments to achieve project goals
Requirements
- At least 3 years of testing experience
- Demonstrated ability in developing practical and effective Test Strategies
- Deep understanding of QA best practices, methodologies, and processes
- Extensive hands-on expertise in QA processes
- Proficient in Requirements Analysis, Test Design Techniques, and Test Plan Development
- Familiarity with Testing Strategy
- Strong communication skills to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

- Background in testing retail mobile applications
- Acquaintance with Retail Banking
- Understanding of Test Automation Approaches, Estimation, and Principles
