Middle Technical Product Manager Description
We are seeking a Middle Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Lead agile teams through the product lifecycle from conception to launch
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to ensure products satisfy customer needs
- Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate clear communication
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Conduct user research and usability studies, incorporating feedback into product enhancements
- Monitor product performance metrics and use data to drive decisions on product improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, SCRUM frameworks, and JIRA
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and methodologies
- Background in conducting user research and usability testing
- Skills in data analysis and performance metrics to inform product decisions
- Competency in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive product vision
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
Nice to have
- Experience with educational technology products
- Background in graphic design or visual arts
