Senior Data Product Manager Description
We're looking for a Product Owner to join our team in Eindhoven a in hybrid work environment. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for ensuring that business-critical and high-priority features are delivered to meet customer requirements during program increments. You will drive the realization of service requirements by contributing to the definition, realization and verification of service products and infrastructure. Additionally, you will lead parts of the Data as a Service roadmap, ensuring the successful integration of product improvements into the service operation’s workflow.

Responsibilities
- Manage product and data lifecycles, strategy and roadmaps in the Data & Analytics space
- Collaborate with stakeholders and their teams to shape the end-to-end product strategy and drive value delivery across the product landscape
- Manage traceability from business objectives to underlying data technology and processes
- Work closely with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to decide on the right data solutions
- Define product/portfolio success metrics
- Increase maturity of Product Management within product/portfolio teams
- Drive business case creation
- Stay informed about the data and analytics landscape and emerging trends
Requirements
- On-site presence at the Eindhoven office is required 2-3 days per week
- At least 7 years of experience in a Product Management role
- Experience shipping data B2B or internal products preferably with a heavy data component (data lake, DWH, advanced analytics solutions, AI products, BI/reporting etc.)
- Experience in managing Data Products, Data as a Product, AI products and Data Technology as Products/Services
- Experience with Data Governance and Data Strategy
- Ability to evaluate initial ideas in terms of technical and data feasibility
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data elements and data life cycle
- Experience using metrics and data to make decisions
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Azure tools like Databricks, Data Factory, Synapse, SQL, Data Lake and App Service or similar platforms like AWS/GCP is a plus
- Previous experience in a high-tech engineering environment with a multidisciplinary technical scope is a plus
- Knowledge of data science and machine learning is a bonus
