Staffing Specialist Description
We are looking for a Staffing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate and optimize our staffing processes by aligning the company's demand with talents' capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate staffing processes for projects and opportunities across multiple portfolios
- Communicate with teams and stakeholders to verify staffing requirements and ensure alignment with the company’s demand
- Identify staffing priorities and implement creative approaches to fill key positions
- Develop and execute staffing plans, collaborating with relevant parties to ensure seamless delivery
- Act as an entry point for business to land new demand by overseeing resourcing capabilities
- Monitor and analyze staffing metrics to optimize staffing processes
- Assist in developing staffing strategies and initiatives
- Ensure data accuracy in internal tools and provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing communications
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage large volumes of information
- Strong communication skills, encouraging cooperation and trust across teams
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to adjust the delivery style and language to different audiences
- English level – B2 and higher, both spoken and written
Nice to have
- Prior experience in project management, recruitment or a staffing role within IT or related fields
- Understanding of the modern IT landscape (technology stacks, programming languages, frameworks)
