ServiceNow Operations Specialist Description
We are seeking a ServiceNow Operations Specialist who will be instrumental in supporting applications within our ServiceNow enterprise instances.
In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, providing critical support and implementing necessary system updates to enhance functionality and performance. This position offers the chance to collaborate with a global community of engineers and contribute to the optimization of our ServiceNow environment.

Responsibilities
- Supervise support queue and respond to incidents
- Test new upgrades and features
- Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring availability, performance, and reliability
- Monitor and manage incident, problem, and change management processes within the ServiceNow environment
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Resolve vulnerabilities
- Update plugins and manage system patching and upgrades
- Work with a community of engineers globally
- Develop and implement detailed documentation for users and admins
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow operations or a similar role
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in ServiceNow administration including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Asset Management, and CMDB
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting ServiceNow workflows, business rules, notifications, and SLAs
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Methodical and accurate with attention to detail
- Ability to balance multiple assignments simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent professional experience
- Some familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, PowerShell, and Shell Commands
