We are actively seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a focus on the Shipping domain to join our team. Your primary objective will be to conduct user requirement enrichment sessions in an iterative project setting, author the corresponding requirements, and manage the flow of requirements to our external IT Development vendor.

Responsibilities
- Conduct user requirement enrichment sessions in an iterative project setting
- Author corresponding requirements and manage the flow of requirements to our external IT Development vendor
- Follow international and local regulations to ensure safe and legal transportation of small molecules
- Understand stability, safety measures, packaging requirements, and regulations for effective transportation of molecules
- Adhere to standards for packaging, labeling, and handling, especially for hazardous materials
- Ensure compliance with customs and import/export laws to avoid legal issues and delays
- Maintain accurate documentation such as material safety data sheets and Certificates of Analysis
- Consider environmental factors to prevent potential contamination during transport
- Employ trade compliance specialists to manage shipping processes effectively
- Manage trade compliance to ensure safe and legal transportation of small molecules
Requirements
- 6 to 12 years of experience in a similar role within the drug discovery field
- Extensive experience in working with leading pharmaceutical companies to develop effective approaches for shipment solutions
- Ability to prepare user stories, use cases, and scenarios to describe end-user interactions
- Capture and document business and technical requirements in a clear and structured manner
- Experience in process modeling using BPMN or UML to visually represent current and future-state business processes
- Create use case diagrams to illustrate interactions between actors and the system
- Construct DFDs to illustrate the flow of data within the system and between external entities
- Conduct impact analysis to assess potential effects of changes to requirements or processes
- Proven experience working in the drug discovery field with a strong understanding of biological and chemical materials
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- B2+ English level proficiency
