Senior Data Scientist/AI Engineer Description
We are looking for an innovative Senior Data Scientist/AI Engineer with experience in developing applications using large language models for content generation.
This role entails collaboration with Product, UX, and SME teams to refine concepts, assess viability, and create functional prototypes. Candidates must possess a robust understanding of NLP techniques and have experience across various application areas, including search, long document summarization, or question answering.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product, UX, and SME teams to refine application concepts and design functional prototypes
- Employ NLP techniques across various application areas
- Develop applications involving search functionalities and long document summarization
- Create solutions for question answering systems
- Iterate on product concepts and test feasibility extensively
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Background in prompt engineering, including prompt optimization, auto-evaluation, function calling, in-context learning, and controlled generation
- Knowledge of RAG frameworks, instruction fine-tuning, and synthetic data generation
- Proficiency in Python; familiarity with Git and AWS
- Experience in building lightweight UIs and applying agile development practices including rapid prototyping
- Outstanding communication, problem-solving and analytical abilities
Nice to have
- Background in developing applications for the legal domain in information retrieval or drafting use cases
