We are seeking a dedicated Senior Performance Tester to join our team and ensure our applications meet high-performance standards.
The ideal candidate should be skilled in both client-side and server-side performance testing and capable of designing and implementing robust testing processes.

Responsibilities
- Establish and enhance performance testing processes from the ground up
- Define clear test requirements aligned with project needs
- Execute performance tests on both frontend and backend applications
- Analyze test results and present insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with developers to optimize application performance
- Maintain performance testing tools and environments
- Update and modify performance test scripts to reflect changes in requirements
- Monitor system performance post-implementation to detect potential issues
- Ensure compliance with performance criteria during production stages
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in server-side performance testing
- Background in client-side performance testing
- Practical experience using JMeter with scripts in Java and Groovy
- Proficiency with performance monitoring and analysis tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, and Influx DB
- Understanding of application stacks including React.js, Node.js, and AWS
- Skills in working with databases like MySQL and familiarity with Kubernetes
- Qualifications in Java, MySQL, GraphQL, and SAP Commerce Cloud
- Experience with Docker and continuous integration workflows
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Next.js and Hybris Commerce
- Prior work with graphQL backend structures
- Understanding of production deployments on cloud platforms in performance-sensitive environments
