Senior UX Designer Description
We are seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to join our innovative team and enhance user experiences across our platform.

Responsibilities
- Research data and analyze them to understand user needs and behaviors
- Create interactive prototypes for usability testing scenarios
- Generate high-fidelity mockups following project specifications and Fiori guidelines
- Validate design solutions with product owners, developers, and users early in the process and iterate based on their feedback
- Present design layouts, interface details, actions, and behaviors to customers during demonstrations
- Collaborate with software engineers to ensure designs are both technically feasible and aligned with business objectives
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX design and prototyping
- Strong knowledge of current UX trends and tools
- Proficiency in employing the Hypothesis-Driven Design Process
- Background in the SAP Fiori environment including CoPilot, SAP Cloud Platform Alert Notification, and Fiori Launchpad Groups/Catalogs setup configurations
- Competency in analyzing and interpreting user research to inform design decisions
- Qualifications in creating high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
- Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Understanding of how to validate design concepts with stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Familiarity with configuring and managing SAP Portal setups
