M365 Administrator Remote
M365 Administrator Description
We are seeking a skilled M365 Administrator to join our team and lead the migration of over 15 companies, totaling more than 2500 users, from diverse platforms including M365, on-premise solutions, and Google Workspace. The ideal candidate will strongly focus on revising and enhancing our migration playbook and optimizing the use of third-party tools such as MigrationWiz.

Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and objectives for various workloads to propose viable integration solutions
- Provide technical guidance and support to administrators and users on integration-related issues
- Design and implement integration architectures and workflows using a range of tools and services
- Document and maintain integration standards, policies, procedures, and best practices
- Implement playbooks and utilize standard tools across the organization
- Show flexibility to travel to Bucharest for meetings with teams and key staff members as needed
- Ensure the smooth migration of companies using M365, on-premise solutions, and Google Workspace through strategic planning and execution
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in administration and integration
- Background in M365 migration and integration along with certification as a Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
- Thorough understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads, integration capabilities, and limitations
- Proficiency in utilizing integration development and management tools and services
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Previous experience in shared web hosting and domain management
