ServiceNow GRC Functional Consultant Description
Currently, we are in search of a skilled ServiceNow GRC Functional Consultant who has experience in automating governance, risk, and compliance functions for organizations using third-party software solutions.
An ideal candidate should have a strong foundational understanding of GRC processes and be proficient in employing ServiceNow GRC functionalities to optimize business workflows, manage risks, ensure compliance, and oversee governance frameworks effectively.

Responsibilities
- Configure and customize various GRC modules within ServiceNow, such as Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management, to satisfy the intricate requirements of the business
- Conduct comprehensive analysis and assessment of the existing GRC processes within the organization, identify areas of improvement, and design solutions that leverage ServiceNow capabilities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead the execution of end-to-end GRC projects from requirement gathering, process design, configuration, testing, deployment, to post-implementation support and training
- Provide expertise and strategic guidance on best practices in governance, risk, and compliance to help organizations navigate complex regulatory environments and achieve their GRC objectives
- Stay abreast of the latest updates and features in the ServiceNow GRC suite and other related technologies, with an aim to continually bring innovative solutions to the table
Requirements
- Proven track record in successful implementations of ServiceNow GRC solutions, showcasing crucial problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
- Certifications or formal training in ServiceNow GRC modules will be highly advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and guide teams towards achieving organizational GRC goals
- Required level of English – C1/C2
