DevOps Engineer (AWS CDK) Description
Join EPAM as a DevOps Engineer (AWS CDK). In this role, you'll own the availability, security, scalability, and performance of our systems, design and implement solutions and tools, and develop innovative and scaling solutions based on business challenges. If you have 3 - 5 years of experience as a DevOps engineer on the AWS Cloud platform, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Own the availability, security, scalability, and performance of our systems
- Design and implement solutions and tools used across the engineering team
- Troubleshoot and solve problems throughout our systems, supported by modern tooling
- Care for Quality - learn, explore, and experiment
- Work in a dynamic, agile environment on cross-functional teams
- Develop innovative and scaling solutions based on business challenges
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience as a DevOps engineer on the AWS Cloud platform
- Deep knowledge of AWS cloud platform – S3, CDK (TypeScript), CloudFormation, EC2, ElastiCache, ECS on EC2 & Fargate, Code Pipelines, Code Build, Code Deploy, RDS, EKS
- Demonstrated high proficiency in automation, system monitoring, and cloud-native applications
- Hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure development using AWS CDK TypeScript
- Experience in at least one or more programming languages (Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
- Familiarity with SQL, Windows, and Linux servers
- Experience with tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, GitHub Actions
- Proactively monitor all services to ensure their availability, latency, scalability, and efficiency using DataDog
- Experience with building and deploying .NET, NET Core (MSBuild), and Java-based (Ant/Maven/Groovy) solutions
- Good knowledge and understanding of building and deploying containerized applications in AWS ECS/ EKS
- Knowledge and experience implementing testing strategies in a continuous integration and deployment environment
